Each lecture is prerecorded.

How it works:

When you purchase the series, you will be prompted to download a PDF document with links on it. The videos are hosted on Vimeo.com and all you need do is click the link - there is no need to join Vimeo. You can view the video at any time as many times as you like, pausing and restarting as needed. The videos are viewable on a computer, tablet or phone, just like a YouTube video.
